Description

The Randall Kidney Stone Forceps, Fig. 4 by BENZ are advanced urology instruments designed for the safe and effective extraction of kidney and bladder stones in deep or complex anatomical locations. Compared to earlier models (Fig. 1–3), Fig. 4 has the most pronounced curvature, allowing surgeons to reach and remove calculi lodged in posterior or difficult-to-access areas of the urinary tract.

Crafted from premium-grade surgical stainless steel, the forceps are durable, corrosion-resistant, and fully autoclavable for repeated clinical use. The serrated jaws ensure a secure grip on stones or foreign bodies, minimizing slippage and improving procedural efficiency.

Uses of Randall Kidney Stone Forceps (Fig. 4):

  • Removal of stones from deep renal calyces and posterior urinary passages.

  • Effective in extracting calculi during open or endoscopic urology procedures.

  • Retrieval of foreign bodies in complex anatomical sites.

  • Suitable for challenging surgical approaches where enhanced curvature is needed.

Benefits:

  • Maximum curved design provides superior access to hidden or posterior urinary tract areas.

  • Serrated jaws ensure firm, controlled stone handling.

  • Manufactured with high-quality stainless steel for strength and durability.

  • Reusable, sterilizable, and economical in the long term.
